    Very nice bill. I just fried up some scrapple and pork roll for breakfast......I can almost taste that souse....so thanks for that.

    Cabrito (kid goat) is the typical dish of Nuevo León..got terribly expensive now.....so not everybody's meal nowadays

    Boy, can I go regional.....We have a buffalo on our flag, a town named Buffalo, A creek & a river with that name too. Then we have 'ol Buffalo Bill. And of course, my buffalo ribs. Heheeee. Another favorite is the catch 'em and cook 'em trout. As a matter of fact, I'm going fishing tomorrow.

    we got buffalo bill here too.. my great grandfather was a cobbler in philadelphia and made cowboy boots for buffalo bill when he brought his show to town ..i still have some of his tools .
