So my wife has her employee's coming in to town next week and they expect a full out BBQ at our place Wed night. So to offer a sampler plate I was going to do brisket, pulled pork, ribs and an ABT starter.

I guess I can do the brisket and pulled pork together and leave the last 4 or 5 hrs for the ribs and final hour for the abt's.

Anyone tried this big of a cook on a large before....and is this a big cook!

Maybe I could get some fancy gadget and an additional rack. Thoughts?

Personally I'd stick with one type of meat. Brisket, Pork OR Ribs.

Pulled pork will give you the biggest bang for your buck..

Just how many employees are coming anyway?

As for your question "Anyone tried this big of a cook on a large before....and is this a big cook!"

I can honestly say "YES" :) and not it's not a big cook if it only takes one egg.
