Saturday Night Ribzez!

planned on playin some golf saturday and had guests coming for dinner saturday night, so decided on 'country ribs' since they don't take quite as long to cook...did these up with some ragin river (hadn't tried it on pork yet) and finished with blues hog.. started out around 240 dome and finished last hour at about 275..took them to about 170 internal..these were awesome served up with some hash brown casserole, cornbread(made on the egg) and some fresh broccoli with cheese sauce..good eats!
