brisket advice

I'm planning to try a brisket again (last one went badly). I've read a fair amount about them here, but I'm looking for guidance on buying one. What I have to choose from is not very good, very few and they all look the same. Where do you buy yours? Does restaurant depot sell them (gonna try to swing by there this wee)? What should I look for? What should I ask the butcher for? Can they special order one for me?

I did my first brisket last weekend. It was fabulous!
About a 4 lb.er and cooked at 200-225 for about 6-7 hours. Check out my previous post "1st brisket done"

Restaurant Depot carries choice briskets and they are very good.
Look for a whole packer brisket in the 14+ pound range. The fat should not be rock hard. Try to bend the brisket in the cryovac - some bend more easily than others. I like the ones that bend the easiest. -

RD definitey carries them.. In addition to the regular choice, the RD's near me also carry the Superior Angus for only a little bit more per lb.
I agree on the bending test, but also, try to find the briskets that are thick in the flat at well
