Starting off tonight with some homemade pizzas. Tomorrow whipping up some jalepeno cheese bread (Goode Style)to serve my Tri-Tip/pepperjack sammies on. That is as far as I got. Still working on it.

Going to make a couple pies with my new Bouncer hi-gluten flour. I hope they're good, I have 50 lbs of this stuff. -RP

sundowns real mans chili tonight for the week ahead of breakfasts and going to experiment with low cal canned beer, atleast i know i like the chili. might have to really kick up the heat to drink that stuff.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

Found some nice filets at Fresh Market; shrimp as an appetizer.

Hoops, sliders, adult beverages and lots of salsa. A few of us are experimenting with different ones for an upcoming salsa festival.

Pato tomorrow it will be venison.... tenderloin.....& shoulder...cooked in 3 different ways.....Stroganoff.......Cracked peppercorn....& Braised in red wine with a mixture of cowlick & coffee rub...this last one low & slow....at the moment they are having Cleopatra's bath...in milk.. :laugh: you & Cinthia are invited of course....we'll have a pool day with the children let's see how it goes...
