Wings for the kids

Had our usual assortment of extra kids yesterday, so I tried some wings on the Egg. Made the sauce from a recipe off of recipegoldmine.com. It was titled as the original Anchor Bar Buffalo Wings recipe. I made a double batch, and used half as a marinade for a couple of hours.

On the Egg at 325, indirect:

Flipped at 20 minutes. As you can see, hot spots were a bit of a problem:

Pulled after a total of 50 minutes, placed in a bowl, and sauced:
