Last night's dinner, been getting a lot of curries from my brother in Thailand. I love cooking in a wok, fast and different. Instead of rice this time we did up egg noodles for a change.

Great lookin cook PBM...have gotten a renewed interest in the wok myself lately! Care to share what you did and what all you included?..i.e. recipe?

Thanks buddy, the black pepper sauce like I said got from Thailand, added that at the end of the cook. Used boneless & skinless chicken thighs. You know the wife on my back to eat better. :laugh: Anyway sauté the chicken then just added chopped up onion, salt to taste, did not need pepper of course. Small Egg with wok, I say the temp was around 450. Once the sauce is added it thickens fast, and just serve. Fast easy and good.

Gotta love the wok Mike. I use the one you gave me all the time. Wish I would have brought it to the fest for the cheese steaks. Thanks buddy

Your welcome Pat, I forgot about that wok. I had so many of them. Still till this day I use the first wok I ever got the most. Picked that on 26 years ago, the original hammered wok from Japan. Wish I had a nickle for every meal I cooked in that one. :blink: :laugh:
