Recieved my "unbranded" Pineapple Head this week and used it on scallop and shrimp skewers with pineappple, onions and red peppers. Fresh sea scallops and wild Georgia shrimp were wrapped in bacon then threaded on skewers with the rest and dusted with Pineapple Head. Grilled direct for about 6 min. then glazed with a peach BBQ sauce. Fantastic! Thanks DP!!
