Max`s flank steak from Eggfest

I am gonna give a try at Max`s stuffed flank steak tomorow, and I cant find the recipe anywhere, google wont even pull it up. If anyone has the post he made or if MAX himself can post it again I would greatly appreciate it. Got some fresh sweet corn going on the large right now and 2 nice thick NY strips waiting to go on the small..gonna be eatin good this evening.[p]Wess
