Can anyone please provide tips (method, preparation, and temp) on cooking just a turkey breast? [p][p]

    Right Brainer,
I've done a few turkey breasts in my day... I coat them with olive oil and sprinkle on a rub (I like Montreal Steak Seasoning or Dizzy Pig's Tsunami Spin). I cook them on a raised grid at 325 degrees until the internal temperature of the breast is 165 or so. I don't turn them, I do them just like I were doing them in an oven. I like smoke, so I do add some chunks of hickory or apple or pecan. Some folks think the smoke from the lump is enough. Good luck!
