Okay, I think I'm seeing a hint of butter in the first pic. Just salt & pepper or some magic pixie dust? Good looking, haven’t done a sirloin or flank steak in awhile.

Rub a little EVOO, garlic salt, sea salt and then when you turn the steaks add a small pat of butter..... :P
