How long can a medium cook?

I know you can pack a large Egg with lump and cook for 10 hours or more. My question is: with a full firebox how long can a medium cook at 225 - 250 degrees?

Paul, on my medium I can get about 14 hours at about 240 but have not really filled it up to the grill yet (usually about 3 inches below)

Wise One,[p]I also get 12-16 hours on a regular basis at 250. I have gotten up to 20 hours, but count on 12 without any problems.

Paul,[p]I have a medium and a mini. They are both great!! The only limitation with the medium is size. Its great for two people and even the occasional cook for four people, but I find myself wanting more (cooking space)!! I think a large is in my future![p]Smokey

I regularly get 20+ hours with my Medium at 225 to 250. When doing lo and slo, I fill at least midway up the fire ring. Works great.

Paul,[p]Just got 17 hrs. Memorial Day weekend cooking an 8lb pork butt. Could've gone longer, but it was done.
