Strep. Why didn't I think of that? :laugh: I had to do it the old fashioned way this week. But I think my body has finally figured out what I am trying to do and is rebelling.
Heading to Baltimore for a conference this week... -
It wasn't a bad week. I am now 230.5, that is down one my 6 butts only 5 more to go.
