Fired the Mini with some hickory wood chunks.
You could say we didn't get practically any winter this year.....most plants are sprouting & flowering.......
The Abundance Tree....a must in this times of crisis... :laugh:... native to South Africa is the staple food of elephants....360 pounds of it/day
Threw some burgers....mine with Firewalk...the girls just parsely....
Voilá......ready nicely smoked.......simple y delicioso...

How smoky did he burgers taste? I have thought of searing salmon over alder but don't want to ruin it with smoke. Looks beauthiful down there, pretty grim looking here.

It is intense....but again you can add so much to a burger & disguise it......probably too strong for salmon........why don't you plank it the way you know perfectly..... -

Smokey burgers look great, nice touch with the avocado. :cheer:
Your backyard is always a pleasure to see anytime of the year. So different here with high winds and a snowstorm raging as I type, 4"-6" by nightfall. Think I'll still get out there and grill up some chicken and Italian sausages.
And I think I'll smoke'em.
