Hi Bob. I have a question for you. During my buckboard cook on Saturday, I clipped my DigiQ II pit probe directly onto the pit probe of my ET73 on the grate. Sometimes the temperatures were as much as 15 degrees different usually with the DigiQ reading higher, but at the end of the cook they both were reading within 1 degree. The probes are all reading properly per boiling water calibration. Can you explain this in any way? Thanks, Mark
