    Like Mr Mike said he is kinda the go to rib guy.

    Before Mike came along I remember J-Slot's ribs and variations of 3-1-1 being king.

    Search Elder Wards pulled pork in the recipe section. He did a multiple part piece years back. Starting with a really detailed slightly OCD method of firebuilding to cooking and finishing with a sauce recipe.

    More or less follow that and you'll be fine.
