Hi All! So glad to be here. New to the forum. Also new to the world of Eggdom. Proud owner of a large BGE. Still trying to find my way. One successful overnighter, ribs and numerous steaks. Still trying to find my culinary creativity and venture away from the usual gas grill gastro fare...burgers, dogs, chicken, steaks, etc.
So many ideas. I live in Atlanta and would be interested in learning what needs to be done to attend the Eggtoberfest as a spectator. Maybe next year as a participant (gotta get my Egg legs first).
At any rate, just a quick hello from an excited (and excitable) rookie.
