Heads Up On Weber Grilling Spray

It works as advertised, you can spray it on the grill in place and it doesn't flame up. It also works pretty well at keeping the food from sticking, but don't use it like Pam to keep things from rusting, it doesn't work for that.

    I found it does not hold up very well at high heat. When I try and use it on the CI it burns off right away. It always makes me nervous to point and aerosol can at a fire!!
  • Can't comment on the Weber product but I use the stuff made by Pam.

    The Pam stuff works well on the grill but I always use it when the grill is cold.

    I also use it on my CI after cleaning. I wash, heat the CI piece and then spray a little Pam. Keeps it all rust free and I store my CI outside in my old gasser. Have also been using it on the daisy top with very good results. YMMV.

    Also use it on cookie sheets etc. Doesn't leave that sticky stuff behind.
