Cuban Pork Shoulder that I cooked Saturday.
My Wife Jackie cutting it up.
Tomatillo Sauce that Jackie made.
Mixing Meat with jack cheese and Tomatillos.
Tortillas Felled and rolled.
Enchiladas with cheese and Tomatillo Sauce out of the oven.
Black Beans being Refried.
This was one real good Super Bowl Dinner
