My version of the Toronto veal sandwich. Start by putting some Italian, and red bell peppers in oil about three hours early. Don't seed the peppers, it needs the heat

Rub with garlic and pound out a little white veal scallopine

Flour, egg and milk wash and dip in Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. Fry on olive oil

Drain on a rack

Drop in some thinned marinara.

Put the veal on a panini, top with some peppers, parmesan and a bit of sauce.
