Well my grill is going. I'm running late.

We put our ribs on at 1240, first cook since November. It has been too cold to think about eggen' but today it is in the 30's, almost short sleeve weather for us.

It's 59° here in Athens, GA! :P

It's never too cold to cook outside.

Ribs almost done! This is at five hours in.

About six hours in all. -
What did you use for a dry rub? Also do you really have to use a sauce at the end or are they still good dry? What temp? Thanks!
