Hi Everyone!!! I have a question. We just made way too many eggrolls and need to freeze some. Should we cook them first and then freeze 'em or freeze them first to fry later?
THANKS!!!!!
THANKS!!!!!

I would fry them then freeze them.

I always cook mine, then freeze. To reheat place in toaster oven 375 for about 10-12 minutes. Tried to freeze and then deep fry and the retained moisture made a mess of the finished product 'cause of the moisture in the roll.
