My wife won't....

...eat anything spicy. Her idea of spicy is mild salsa. Last evening I did a spatchcock chicken with DP Raging River rub. I got her to try a taste and that was it. She is hooked. For dinner this evening I did Zippy's version of DP Salmon with brown butter maple cream. Only change was to add a few peas. She eats very little and never has seconds. Tonight she had seconds plus some of the left over salmon she was going to have for breakfast in the morning. I know, but she loves salmon. So thanks to Dizzy Pig Raging River and Zippy's creation I have found a rub she will eat.
