My super at work printed out this recipe for me. He is a bacon lover big time and I'm not far behind him.
    I'm gonna make it. B)

2 pounds thick cut bacon, (I buy Nueske's thick cut applewood smoked)
    2 pounds Italian sausage bulk
    1 jar favorite BBQ sauce
    1 jar favorite BBQ rub

Well I'm off to the store with my shopping list.

What timing! A guy at work was just telling me about this yesterday...he didn't know the name of it but remembered the bacon weave and sprinkling the cooked bacon inside...once again...this forum is dead on!... :woohoo:
