Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

  • My bad thought I was doing good, I guess everything you see is not true. I just like to give everyone the benefit of doubt when they post something.

    SORRY MY BAD.

Following the link to the dissection and the reason behind it.... I have to ask. Who is going to stir molten metal with a 4" graphite stick and for how long?

my basic rule of thumb (holds up about 99% of the time): there hasn't ever been an email that said "forward this to all your friends" that had any truth to it....

i get three a day from one person. seriously.
especially those "send it to 12 people and send me a copy so i know you forwarded it".

  • I wish I only had one person sending me three a day. I have three regulars and a couple occasionals that will send me 4-6 a day.

  • I received that email a few months ago and figured it was false. When you have a little radio that requires six volts, you put in 4 batteries in series that each have 1.5 volts. 32 AA batteries in series would be 48 volts. Although when I watched the video it did look like all those batteries were in the 6 volt. Thanks for trying to pass along a tip to everyone.

i delete the stuff without a reply. if they ever ask, i tell them i have a hard-core spam filter, and it automatically deletes forwarded chain mail. they occasionally get the message.

or you can have your outlook automatically forward their stuff to the trash when it comes in.

First thing this morning I checked my e-mails and had 28 pieces of trash. One was sent out from a family group about Gates and AOL giving money away. I received the same one a couple of weeks ago and returned it to our family group with a notation to read Snopes. I sent the Snopes out again to our family group. With this trash my mail box became overloaded.
