Ribs

Hello All,

I have a question i'm doing ribs tomorrow and wanted to know could i use spicy brown mustard instead of the plain yellow mustard to apply on the ribs before putting on any rub or will this alter anything? or should i just run out and grab the plain yellow mustard and use that instead??

Spicy brown mustard will work just fine. Good luck with the ribs.

Sure any mustard will work. T-Rex and I use it on steaks and it works well. Can't see why it wouldn't on ribs, might even make for a tasty combination.

I bought the mustard to use on steaks today but ran out of time to cook them so i'll use the mustard on the ribs and the staeks tomorrow can't wait to try it out thanks
