Stuffed some Poblanos with a mixture of chopped Baby Bellas, Green Onion, Sweet 1015 Onion, lump crabmeat, Old Bay and some EVOO - here they are prior to the cook
And after 20 minutes on a 400 degree egg - along with some foil pouch Red potatoes:
I really like the way the Poblano and Crab flavors work together. Good stuff.

Those look great! Quick question, what is a 1015 onion? Anything like a Vidalia? Thanks!

LC,
A Texas 1015 is a large, sweet yellow onion. IMO, not as sweet as a Vadalia or a Maui, but great for cooking!
