Wife and I looked at your post and had a throwback moment to Godfather's Taco pizza with fresh lettuce, onion, etc on top and agreed we HAD to try your rendtion. Did you use Ceasar dressing for the "sauce"?

Yep, and provolone cheese on top before the romaine. I make my own caesar... you can find the recipe HERE , together with step by step pictures.

He did really well. He's tended to the egg in the past when I wasn't around, and knows how to start a fire. This is his first attempt at actually cooking something

I picked up your recipe somewhere along the way and and have been making it for a couple of years and it is excellent! I have ended up substituting lemon juice for the vinegar, but both are good.

That was a great set of pictures of the process.
