    Just getting geared up to start. Pretty cold!!!!! Temp. I don't have a stat. Do you cook right on the grid? With plate setter. I am thinking of foiling up the plate setter to keep a little clean. All my aluminum pans are used up and don't want to do to the store to buy more. What do you suggest? I had bad dreams all night of messing up these ribs. Wish you were here. Miss you.
