Frank,
I really like the JH Pecan rub and picked up the JH Brisket rub the other day to try it. Are there any JH rubs you have tried and recommend? Thanks -
I like the Pecan, as well.
Other favorites are: Raspberry Chipltle for ribs,, Jalapeno for just about anything (it has a pretty good kick to it, though), and maple walnut for pork steaks and chicken.
Haven't worked my way through all the dizzy pigs yet (got the complete set for a Christmas present). Tried the Raising the steaks on a rib eye and was impressed. Used Dizzy dust on some bacon wrapped rinds and really liked. Any suggestions? -

Happy new year!!

Hey Chris....the only problem is the size...they don't last. Have you given the larger bottles a thought? Or is that not the thing to do?
Happy New year.....Rick in Mt. -
I'm not a big seasoning fan, I like my stuff with just salt/pepper/oregano.
However, in the last year or two, I've come to like Pecan seasoning on any poultry... and I've become totally addicted to Raising the Steaks. I put it on EVERYTHING from burgers and steaks to tater tots, fries and baked potatoes. I even put it on my bread and butter! I go through a container a week!
