Pork Butt and Brisket

Hi Everyone , I need advice on cook of two small briskets ( one 5lb other 4lb ) and i'm also cooking a 9lb pork butt. What is the best temp to cook at?

250* until the butts reach 200 and the briskets reach 190-195. Pull them off, wrap in foil and then in towels. Let them rest in a cooler for about 2 hours.

250 dome,,indirect. cook all to 190-200 internal. Might want to foil the brisket (guessing a flat) at the end of the cook

I concur with crimsonngator on the temperatures...
I use the indirect method:
Plate Setter legs up with grate on top (for easier cleanup I put an aluminum pan under grate to catch drippings)

Fat Cap up or down on the Butts is at your discretion try one butt one way and the other one the other way and see what you like best -
copycat...you should learn to cook on your own :ohmy:
