turkey on large egg !!!

Just wondered have a 10lb turkey just wondered what temp too cook at ? going to smoke with apple chips?
what temp300-350 or can you cook at lower temp for longer? will this make a difference

was also going to use v rack

I have a 20 pound in at 325 and also have some large chunks of cherry wood in with it. I am cooking indirect with legs up and drip pan on little green eggs.

Just finished a 22# Turkey on my XL. 325 indirect via MadMax's recipe. Did this Thanksgiving, and am getting better each time. Bird turned out perfect, very moist breast. Used alder wood chunks. Gravy on Max's method is a must. I also use my V-rack to raise the turkey off the pan.
