Yeah, we are going to try MadMax's turkey.. just couldn't decide on when to start the rib or how to keep the turkey hot w/o drying out.

I used the rib one last year.. came out super delish! It was my mom's last Christmas with us and I sure wish I could cook her another one this year :(
