Hola and Happy Holidays to everyone. Been a while since I have been here in the forum. Other things have occupied my spare time for a while.

Need a little help from the pros. Refresh my memory on a good technique to cook briskets. Direct? Indirect? Temp? Time? Good Marinade?

Hope everyone is doing fine and thanks in advance for the help.
