Cooking a turkey and it is ready to be pulled. We are not going to be eating until about 5...what should I do, it is now 1:30pm. Can't believe it got done in such a short time. If you have any ideas, please respond :ermm:

wrap it up in aluminum foil wrap in towels and place in a clean cooler... it should hold till then

You wrap it in foil and put it in a warmed Oven (100-150). Couple hours I'd say just cover it tightly and leave it alone but you might be pushing it with 3.5 hours..

If it cooked much faster than you expected, better check that the thermometer wasn't placed too close to a bone. That will fool you into thinking the turkey is done when it is not.

Thanks for the help, we foiled it and placed in cooler and wrapped it with towels, awesome, our company were very impressed with the tastiness of the turkey. It was 12 pounds and it cooked very fast. We had trouble keeping the temperature down. But it was amazingly good. Not much leftover. Thanks for the help.
