Need turkey Carcass soup recipe

Procedure:
1 Simmer the carcass all day in half store bought veggie stock half chicken stock a little squeeze of lemon will help disslove the collagen so you get gelateous stock. cool, strain, pick out meat discard bones. put meat back in stock bring to a boil add celerey and carrots. at this point i throw in the left over stuffing, gravy and mashed potatoes and stir till evenly distributed add egg noodles boil til done add a bit of cream season with salt and pepper [if needed] i serve with a dollop of left over cranbery sauce in the middle of the soup. think of this more like all the left overs put in a blender mixed with stock and served with noodles.
