any advise on my first turkey on a large. I have 7 people coming over what size and how long and temp????

The Mad Max turkey is a hit! I did one yesterday for the first time and it was great. I cooked mine for about 6-1/2 hours and it was weighing in at 14-15lbs. I think this bird would have feed 10-12 easily. I have pictures of the cook on the previous page and below if you want to see the progression of the cook.
