Pasta, Chicken & Bellas + a hint at tomorrow

Susan said she wanted pasta with a white sauce, so I fixed some Alfredo sauce over fusilli, that I got at a local Italian deli and then added grilled chicken breasts and bellas filled with pesto sauce.

I coated the breasts with a mixture of EVOO, tarragon, and garlic; took the gills out of the bellas and added a coating of pesto sauce. YUM!

I found some pork tenderloins on sale today, so decided I needed some Kentucky Bourbon Pork tenders tomorrow. You really need to let these marinate for 24 hours.
