Hi, All --
I've got 14 people for Thanksgiving. I'm hoping to do a bird in the 20-23 pound range. Is this enough? More importantly, will this fit on a large Egg?

Rule of thumb: 1 lb. of bird per person.
I have found this to be a good rule, but is dependent upon what else is a side dish!
