These little eggs are great.I thought that they were just a novelty at first,but I am really growing to like it :woohoo: I made a platesetter and cast iron grid for mine,but they are great just the way they are(come) ;) I just made some filet mignon,and even wifey loved it :woohoo: It only took a few minutes to get the little guy up to temp,then a quick sear,then rest,and roast :woohoo: I can't wait to try it again :whistle: BTW,I still love my small ;)
