is where my hubby is and MY bed and my DOG and my eggs!!! I know they all missed me, the dog most of all. but dang it is good to be home. Can't wait to egg tonight, almost two weeks with out it is a long time! just some nice steaks and bakers. then my bed! LOL it is good to be home! or did I say that already??? The Florida Eggfest in Ocala is March 20 & 21. Here is information for the hotel:
Just wanted to let everyone know we have the block of rooms set up for the 2009 Florida Eggfest.
The Holiday Inn Express at Silver Springs is less than a mile from the entrance to the park and is the same place we had rooms booked last year.
All of the rooms come with the following amenities:
32" Flat Screen TV with cable & HBO
Complimentary High Speed Internet Access
In room coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave
Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
100% non-smoking and pet-free
The suites also have a "small wet bar/sink".
There is a complimentary breakfast, a Business Center, and a Fitness Center & pool.
I've negotiated a group rate of $109/night for the "regular" rooms and $119/night for the "suites". There are 20 rooms blocked. If you call the hotel directly at 352-304-6111 to make your reservation, mention you are part of the "Florida Eggfest" or mention the group code EGG if calling the central reservations at 1-800-HOLIDAY.
The Eggfest is Friday, March 20th & Saturday, March 21st, 2009. -

LOL well I have some wool for you or if you would like something a little different I have a little wool or as a special treat I have a little WOOL! LOL I had a really good time and it was nice putting faces with regular online customers and meeting a lot of big name teachers that we hope to get to come to Maine for some special work shops. But man oh man is it good to be home :)or did I say that already!!! :woohoo: off to lite the mini for that nice steak!

I was at a 10 day rug show in VT at the Shelburn Museum. we were gone 11 days. no hubby, no dog, no eggs :( But i did get some pretty posies for my B-day. 24 of them
I got those the 8th and would you believe they are still beautiful?? for roses I am really surprised. I brought them home and they made the 6 hour trip ok in the back of the trailer. -

LOL! hooray!! we will be in FL for the winter I am so looking forward to it. From the first of Jan to the end of April. NO SNOW! And our reservations are for Thursday thru Sunday :)in ocala too!!! But thanks Pat, I do think Cary will need all the help he can get opening cans though

Maybe we can decorate or spiff up the cart. Hmmm is it a Kmart or a Walmart one? I hear the home depot ones are nice too... and a nice color... all sunny orange and chipper... I did see a cool one this week. it was half size and the top part was just the carry basket that set on a rack. pretty slick. so when you arrive you don't have to unpack the whole thing just grab the basket off the top and go! :S
