Hello all,
A quick question about ABT's...When preparing the peppers, do you keep them separated and wrap each half OR do you make 1 pepper one ABT?
Thanks and go dawgs

personally each ABT is actually just 1/2 a pepper. Like this...

BTW next time I'm putting the jelly in first as some melted and ran off.

You can do them either way. Here's some half ones :)

Some keep them whole, others make two half pepper ABT's

    It is a personal preference.

Bubba Tim will be bummed he missed this request for assist! We have tried them every which way from Sunday! Halves, wholes, cream cheese, gouda, lil smokies, sausage, etc, etc...and believe it or not, our favorite, ground beef with taco seasoning (just like you would make a taco). Our preference thus far, and as many know there is additional experimentation going on... :woohoo: Bubba and I prefer them whole, with taco meat in one half, and cream cheese in the other. Then in bacon, secure with toothpic, and yumm. Just don't use silicone in the green egg! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: (long story...)
