Someone made some great "scotch short bread" at the fest in October. I think that is what they named it. I'm lusting for the recipe, and, I note that it not on the list that Wessb has in version 1. I sure would appreciate it if you posted it, or, E-mailed me the receipe. E-mail address -- veroite@bellsouth.net.

Thanks.... Gordon

My wife makes Scotch Shortbread every Christmas. Passed down from her Scotch ancestry. I'll get it from her and post it.

  • Was the cook this guy by any chance? If it was, that's Chef Arnoldi. I know he was making some really awesome looking breads on Saturday. Mark

  • "Old Salt", I sure would appreciate it. I am not sure who was doing the bread, but, it was shore good. I sample some of things Chef was doing, so, it could well be. Thanks for responding. Gordon
