pour warm water into a large mixing bowl and sissolve the yeast. Add 1 cup of flour, all of cornmeal, salt and veg oil. Mex well. Continue stirring in the rest of the flour untill dough comes away from the sides of the bowl. Kneed untill no long sticky. Let stand covered for 45-60min
