Well, come to find out, hubby skinned it instead of plucking it... Now I think I am going to do it in the oven with a cheesecloth robe. We didn't do it today because we forgot to take it out of the freezer. :(
But I could not let a weekend go by without using my beloved egg. I tried some ABT's for the first time. and let me just say.....OH MY GOSH!!!! Living in Texas, you would think I'd have tried jalapenos every which way, but I had not heard of these little devils until i got my egg. THEY ARE TERRIFIC!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: Whomever thought of this combo....THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! No pics though ..sorry... This is hunting season and the camera spends its time at the lease. I am thinking we need a second one.
Anyhoo!! Hope y'all had a great weekend and had lots of fun egging around.
