This mornings breakfast. I had coated this porterhouse with Cowlick rub and EVOO about 8 days ago, wrapped in plastic and into the fridge.
So this morning I thought I had better cooke it or end up tossing it out. About 3 minutes a side between 400 & 500 degrees. Did the veggies and tater on the stove.
