I made A version of your pot roast to nite had a 7 bone pot roast, 3lbs, cut back on the broth, but could have used 2,followed every thing else pretty much to the tee, cooked 2.5 hrs, my bride of 33 years said I dunn good, I told her to thank " CHEF BOY R SPRING CHICKEN",She thanks you and I thank you, sleep tite, j.c
