Sourdough starter

I have attempted to make my own sourdough starter based on an Alton Brown episode of Good Eats. I am on my 4th day of feeding the starter and it looks ready. My question now is how often do i feed it once i refrigerated it?

The person who makes the most sourdough that I know of is egret. I got my starter from him along with some recipes.
