I have a thick ribeye, 1 1/2" and two normal size filets to do tonight.

Sear at 600* for 90-sec. a side Foil the steaks and get the temp down to 450* then roast the Rib Eyes 3-4 min per side and less for the other two, for med rare.

Do it eggactly like Ross said and then enjoy.
Add some brown rice and brussels and then your eating good.

I'd try the reverse sear. Cook till 110 internal then high heat for the sear. I've found it easier to control the finish with multiple cuts and different sizes.JMHO
