<p />Well, 4 hours later at 300 or less served up some awesome chili. The heat is pretty intense, and it somewhat takes the great flavor to the next level. Too hot for some of the folks in my house. Next time I will just try it per Larry's recipe. [p]Chili can be very good without blowing the top of your head off.[p]Try this recipe if you have not.[p]Mick
